CONDITIONED GAME

Live application of the skill block. Scenarios, decision-making.

REVIEW & FEEDBACK

Players review, coaches mark off progress, parents notified.

Hand position, grip, target lines. Both hands. Under pressure.

TACKLE TECHNIQUE

Foot positioning, shoulder contact, leg drive, post-tackle.

BREAKDOWN

Ruck mechanics, body position, jackal, clear-out, retention.

DEFENCE

Line speed, channels, shooter, slide. Rush vs drift systems.

ATTACK SHAPE

Phase play, pods, running lines, decoy and option runners.

SET PIECE

Lineout calls, scrum body position, kick-off receive.

S&C

Speed, power, mobility. Phase-appropriate. Built-in to every session.

DECISION-MAKING

Reading the picture. Pass, carry, kick, recycle. The mental game.

How we operate

SIX RULES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

25 PLAYERS MAX

Per coach, per session. No exceptions. The biggest predictor of skill development is touches per session.

NO ACADEMY MATCHES

We don't run our own teams. Players take what they learn back to their school and club. Skills travel; ego doesn't.

SAME CURRICULUM, EVERY LOCATION

North, East, West — one syllabus. Set by the Academy Director and reviewed quarterly.

REAL PROGRESSIONS

Players move between phases when they're ready, not when their birthday says so. Performance criteria, not age gates.

PARENTS SEE EVERYTHING

Weekly progress notes. No black boxes, no opaque selection. You see what we see.

PATHWAY-DRIVEN

Provincial squads are the floor, not the ceiling. The festival is the proof point.

Hard cap of 25 players per coach. The number of touches per session is the single biggest predictor of skill development.

Selection criteria are published. Phase progressions are based on performance, not age or social status.
