SPEED
10m and 40m sprint, electronically timed.
POWER
Vertical jump and broad jump for explosive output.
ENDURANCE
Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test.
SKILL
Catch, pass, contact technique — coached assessment.
ATHLETICISM SCORE
A single 0–100 read of physical ability, Z-score normalised and position-weighted.
PROSPECT GRADE
A fixed ramp from A+ (elite) to D (early). Plain-language on top of the number.
PROSPECT QUADRANT
Athleticism against skill — Raw Talent, Complete Prospect, Skilled Grinder, Project.
Every test is age-appropriate. Foundation and Performance don’t do the same battery. Results feed directly into squad placement when academies start.
